A new year means new things and resolutions… So, to get 2022 off to a good start, our teams have worked hard to offer all our users an optimisation of existing features and new additions that will (we hope) meet their expectations for optimal use of SmartProfile.

Push Content: Personalise your website's content
With SmartProfile, you can now personalise your users' experience on your website based on their profile or browsing behaviour. We'll show you how it works:
1- You create or import your visual directly into SmartProfile to create your «content push»
2- You create your campaign/action: by selecting the content, display rules, target audience, dates...
3- Your content push is online on the space you’ve dedicated to it on your website. Here, for example, we have a content push on the SmartProfile login page.
Emailing: manage double opt-in
To maximise the security of new contact sign-ups to your database and the management of their consent, simply add a double opt-in mechanism directly from the landing page builder and the Emailing builder.
Distributed marketing: rent an SMS database
For users of the Distributed Marketing solution, a new module is available to your network for renting an opt-in SMS contact database.
From the tool, you perform a count on a target you determine (age, geolocation, etc.) in order to then send them an SMS campaign, also from the tool.

Contact Sheet: Business Management
A highly anticipated feature to take your SmartProfile CRM module further, you can now create a company profile and link the contacts you wish to associate with it. This will allow you to keep a contact's history if they change companies but the business relationship continues with your activity!
Add tags to your contacts and refine your segmentations
How to associate important information such as interests with a contact or company?
The «tagging» function allows you to categorise your contacts to generate segments more easily and accurately.
For example, record important information (origin, typology, etc.), specify centres of interest, save socio-demographic data, etc.
Follow and plan your re [the rest of the word is cut off]customer interaction from SmartProfile
Pilot from the contact card for interactions and activities for:
- Create upcoming tasks by contact/company
- To plan an event/appointment
- View all of your contact/company's activity
- Sending and receiving emails with your Outlook account
- Find the email and appointment activities generated from SmartProfile in your Outlook account, and vice versa.
- View upcoming tasks
- and so on.
Enhancement of the Segmentation functionality
Segmentation is enhanced with new possibilities:
– Segmentation of contacts based on company affiliation criteria (company size, postcode, etc.)
– Segmentation based on tags for the contact or company
