At Smartprofile, we design and publish a SaaS Data Marketing solution that is intended for all users, without exception. Digital accessibility is an integral part of our mission: to enable everyone to use our services, whatever their specific needs, abilities or assistive tools.

We are committed to complying with current laws and standards, including:

  • The French digital accessibility law (law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005 and its implementing decrees)
  • The General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA)
  • The European Directive 2016/2102 on the accessibility of public sector websites and mobile applications, and its best practices applicable to SaaS publishers.

Scope

This approach relates to:

  • The Smartprofile institutional website, intended for our prospects, clients, and partners.
  • The Smartprofile SaaS solution is available from a browser on a desktop or mobile device.

We are implementing a continuous improvement policy to make these environments accessible to the widest possible audience.

For this, we have defined a Multi-year digital accessibility plans

Actions taken

  • Audit and compliance: our various screens are audited to measure their level of compliance with the RGAA.
  • Inclusive design: our graphic and ergonomic choices are designed to maximise adherence to contrast, readability, and keyboard navigation rules.
  • Technological compatibility: the solution is designed to be usable with assistive technologies such as screen readers, for example
  • Training and awareness: our design and development teams are made aware of accessibility best practices. Development best practices are put in place to provide a framework for respecting accessibility standards as effectively as possible.
  • Continuous improvement: user feedback is integrated into our development cycle to constantly enhance the proposed experience.

Accessibility Statement

Smartprofile is working on publishing an accessibility statement specifying the current level of compliance of its website and platform with the RGAA. This statement, once published, will be regularly updated and made accessible to all.
