General objectives

Year 1 (2025-2026) – Initial Compliance and Structuring
- Carry out a comprehensive accessibility audit of the public website and the SaaS platform.
- Prioritise fixes on blockers: contrasts, keyboard navigation, text alternatives for images, page structure.
- Implement an internal accessibility charter integrated into the development and design guidelines.
- Launch a training program for product and development teams.
- Publish the initial accessibility statement with a tracker for non-conformities.
Year 2 (2026-2027) – Improvement and maturity increase
- Continue compliance with RGAA: processing of remaining AA level criteria.
- Integrate user testing into the product cycle.
- Deploy automated accessibility testing tools in the product lifecycle
- Implement accessibility governance (identified accessibility officer at Smartprofile).
- Update the accessibility statement and publish an annual progress report.
Year 3 (2027-2028) – Consolidation
- Achieve RGAA compliance of over 75% % on critical user journeys (login, forms, main navigation, dashboard).
- Aiming for AAA level on certain components
- Establish an accessibility by design process in all new developments.
- Organise an independent external audit to validate compliance and identify future opportunities.
- Communicate on the maturity achieved and publish the new three-year roadmap.
Governance and monitoring
- An accessibility champion will be appointed within Smartprofile.
- The multi-year plan is accompanied by an annual action plan, detailing the precise objectives for each year.
- The results are shared annually in a monitoring report that is accessible to all.
