What's new at Smartprofile since the last release? We're telling you everything!

Before we unveil our latest new features, we wanted to thank our user community, as it is also thanks to them that these new functionalities are seeing the light of day. Our technical team has been attentive and has done everything possible to offer an even more complete and easier-to-use platform.

 

The Emailing module

Our «Email builder» is evolving with a highly anticipated new feature: reusable block template management across all your creations! In concrete terms, you will save time by creating and saving your blocks which you can reuse as you wish across all your email templates and creations. No more issues with logos, fonts, or margins to set up... You capitalise on your latest blocks created in line with your brand guidelines.

The survey module

To make your surveys more interactive, we've added a new type of answer that allows your contacts to choose an image as their response instead of text. This type of answer is very useful if you want to ask for your contacts' opinion on a product or service. Image answers will also allow you to liven up your community with fun quizzes.

The Analytics module

This is the module that has benefited from the most new features since the last release, with, in particular, a dedicated module for attribution. From conversion settings to the choice of attribution model, everything has been designed to more finely control your acquisition campaigns and budgets.

You will also find details of interests based on user browsing and a new version of the «Path» report to delve deeper into the analysis of journeys on your site.

The CRM module

CRM features are expanding with incoming request management. You can now group all requests made on your site (demos, appointments, pricing, introductions, etc.) on one page and track the progress of requests (date, responsible person, status, etc.).

Customer Relationship Management

Added bonus: the B2B version of the CRM is enhanced with customer journey criteria, tags, groups, etc.
